You have the choice to provide measurements from your body, measurements from a well fitting shirt, or you can select from standard sizes.
Use our simple step-by-step guide to measure your body.
The neck measurement should be taken around the neck. Place two fingers between the tape measure and the neck. Do not tighten the tape measure too much.
The chest measurement should be taken around the chest. Standup in a relaxed posture. Do not tighten the tape measure too much.
The waist measurement should be taken around the stomach. Standup in a relaxed posture. Do not tighten the tape measure too much.
The hip measurement should be taken around the buttocks. Stand in a relaxed position and do not over tighten the tape measure.
Measure the length of the jacket at the back. Measure from the seam of the jacket collar, down to the bottom edge ofthe suit.
The shoulders measurement is taken across the shoulders from one tip of one shoulder to the other. Be sure to measure right on the corner point, where the arm meets the shoulder. It is very important that you use this same corner point for both our Arm and Shoulders measurements as the two are closely related.
The arm measurement is taken from the corner point, where the arm meets the shoulder, down to where you want the cuff to finish. It is very important that you use this same corner point for both your Arm and Shoulders measurement as the two are closely related. It is better to make this measurement a bit longer rather than a bit too short.
Measure from the top of the shoulder, down the front of the shoulder, under the armpit and back up around to the top of the shoulder.
The biceps measurement should be taken around your upper arm at the widest point. Do not tighten the tape measure.
The wrist measurement is taken around your wrist just where it meets the hand.
For this measurement, the tape measure needs to go through the legs. Start at the middle front of your pants waistline and run the tape measure under your legs round to the top of your buttocks. Finish the measurement at the center of your pants waistline.
Measure the fell length of your pants down the side, starting from the very top. Measure down to the bottom of your foot. Pants will be made to this exact measurement.
Measure around your thigh as high up the leg as possible, right at the crotch.
Wrap the tape measure around the knee. Keep the leg relatively straight for this measurement.
This measurement varies a lot on the style of pants you want. Measure across the bottom hem of one of the legs of the pants. This will determine how tight your pants will be around your ankle. Note this measurement cannot always be followed exactly, as it depends heavily on your calf measurement. As we do not use stretchy fabrics, and must follow the contours of the pants pattern, we may have to make slight adjustments.
